Medical Interventions For Breast Cancer In Clinical Studies Class Perimenopausal Syndrome

This thesis is consisted of three parts:the literature review, clinical research and the summary of my mentor’s experiences.Literature review:summarizing the latest both western medicine and TCM different diagnose and treatment of perimenopausal syndrome caused by endocrine therapy, mainly introduce the pathogenesis and the medicine usually used in western medicine, as well as the Chinese Medcine’s method. After analyzing the articals, we can learn that the side reaction of the endocrine pills really hurt people, most of who finally refuse to continue the treatment. And western medicine, up to now, hasn’t find out the best theropy to relieve the side reaction. Fortunately, Chinese Medicine has the advantages, not only because the variety of treating method,like herbs and acuponcture, but also because of the unique syndrome differentiation treating method, proved by a lot of clinical researchs made by different TCM doctors. Thus, the therapy of Chinese medicine has been considered really important which going to be adopted in curing the reaction.Clinical research:Objestive:This is a multicenter, large sample, randomized, double-blinded placebo-controlled trial to valuate the effect of Chinese Medicine herb to cure the side reaction of endocrine therapy. Methods:Seperate the patients into two groups, one is going to use the Chinese Medicine herbs, the other one will only take the placebo. Both groups will receive the treatment for4weeks, and every patient also needs to receive the follow-up visit for4times. Conclusion:Because this research will be finished in2015, taking into thought that if we revealed the information now, the final result would be effected. So I can’t offer the data analysis this time, but write down what I gain through out this research and the expectaion of the future use of TCM.Mentor’s experience summarize:My mentor, who has almost30years clinical experience in treating the cancer, always pays attention to the characteristic of cancer itself, when she writes down the prescription, as the same time uses the TCM syndrome differentiation methode as well, really caring for the patients’differences, which receiving the great curative effect. People can also get cured both in physical and mental, as for my mentor’s talk treatment theropy, the reflection of her thought, attaching importance to the psychological nursing. So I summarize her experiences of treatment methods on both physiology and psychology.
