Application Of Bisoprolol Fumarate On TCM Thinking

This article includes a literature review and clinical research in two parts.The first part:A literature reviewCombined the recent large-scale clinical trials of hypertension prevention and domestic series Hypertension Prevention Guide, firstly we clear the diagnosis, classification and risk stratification of hypertension, secondly pointed out the timing and strategy of drug treatment, thirdly divided the blood pressure goals in different groups, fourthly outlined the types of antihypertensive drugs commonly used in clinical and the indications of combination therapy.According to the proposed essential hypertension medications individualized treatment in recent years.respectively, in accordance with the age, time therapy gene therapy and concomitant diseases,we distinguished treatment of different patients, and listed which kind of the drugs should be selected preferentially in these different groups, for which drugs should be used cautiously and which should be banned. Accordingly when clinicians face the different patients with hypertension,the the therapy can be "pigeon-holing", and the proper use of the drug can achieve the individualized application of antihypertensive drugs. But when clinically specific to a patient, the preferred drugs may fail to achieve the blood pressure goal sometimes, or instead brought more adverse reactions, which is a Western so-called " individual treatment " of a puzzle. But we might find the answer from the point of the Chinese medicine.The second part:clinical studiesStudy Objective:Observed the influence by using Bisoprolol Fumarate to the hypertension systolic, diastolic, and influence of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients,we got the analysis of the drug’s TCM property recognition, channel tropism, efficacy and other content. Study Methods:1) Collected the initial treatment in41patients, one week after treatment,1month after treatment of clinical information, including symptoms, signs and blood pressure and other information, then we scored all the clinical manifestations which can reflect the syndrome type,see "Using the Medicine according to the syndrome type and score the symptoms"(see Annex one);2) Established a basic certificate, in order to be able to recognize the characteristics of pharmacy medicine from the perspective of Chinese medicine, we developed35basic syndrome types (see Annex two) specification as the study dialectical method according to Chinese medicine theory;3) Then we got the result of the scores of each basic certificate by calculating the sum of the symptom scores;4) blood pressure (mmHg) of after treatment subtract which of before treatment represents the changes in blood pressure,the absolute value of after treatment subtract which of before treatment represents the change in symptom scores, thereby obtaining35basic syndrome in symptom scores before and after treatment, and systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure changes;5) Used SPSSS version22to analyze the35basic syndrome types’ systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure changes and the changes of35basic syndrome scores before and after treatment, and the average basic card syndrome score changes of related groups. Results:1After treatment with Bisoprolol Fumarate,syndrome score a statistically significant improvement in groups are:Heat syndrome group, the deficiency syndrome group, empirical syndrome group, Qi deficiency syndrome group, Qi stagnation syndrome group, Jin loss syndrome group, the blood stasis syndrome group, Heart syndrome group, liver syndrome group, stomach syndrome group, bowel syndrome group, gallbladder disease group, Pathogenic wind syndrome group, Summer heat syndrome group, the food plot syndrome group, Dampness syndrome group.2. After treatment with Bisoprolol Fumarate,syndrome score changes in some groups reflected a trend of deterioration.which are Yang deficiency syndrome group,Jing deficiency syndrome group,the phlegm syndrome group. Conclusion:The TCM property recognition of Bisoprolol Fumarate is cool,it can fill and also can clear away,its tropism belongs to heart, liver, stomach, intestine (colon and small intestine), gallbladder. And it takes effects on enhancing Qi.promoting blood flow, expelling pathogenic wind.dampness and Summer heat, and also helping to digest the food.
