Objective:Using two extraction alcohol extract and aqueous extract of Corydalis, based on Component analysis and vasoactive evaluation to explore the mechanism of vinegar processing and compatibility of Corydalis for enhancing efficiency.Methods:1.Theoretical discussion and literature analysis:Based on traditional Chinese medicine passed auxiliary platform2.0developed by our group, analysis the laws of proprietary Chinese medicines contains "Corydalis" in "traditional Chinese medicine ministerial standard". The Statistics includes Common Indications Diseases. Frequency of commonly used drugs、Syndromes and Meridian Analysis. It also concludes the Analysis of medical High-frequency core portfolio of prescriptions contain Corydalis and medication law of Corydalis to treat stomach pain.2. The research of vinegar processing of Corydalis for enhancing efficiency:(1)Prefer materials concocted vinegar:Based on thin-layer chromatography and determination to identify fructose and lactic acid in vinegar. Examining On the quality of vinegar by different processes. To provide reference for preferred materials concocted vinegar.(2)Study the chemical composition of Corydalis after vinegar processing:Through the HPLC method establishment of multi-index components for the determination, the content of ten alkaloids in Corydalis pure products and vinegar products were measured. Corydalis was extracted by two solvent water and alcohol.(3)Protection of the vasoactive of Corydalis after vinegar processing:Water and ethanol were used to extract Corydalis.Intestinal absorption liquid of Corydalis was Prepared and was used to test the pharmacological activity of vascular in vitro.3.The research of compatibility of Corydalis for Enhancing efficiency:(1)Preferred Angelica of Corydalis scouplet medicines commonly used in clinical:based on the method of Fingerprinting and content determination to inspect and preferred the quality of Angelica.(2)research that Angelica influence on the dissolution of the chemical composition of Corydalis:Multi-index components Determination by HPLC of water extract and alcohol extract of Corydalis pure products and vinegar products compatible with Angelica.Results:1.Theoretical discussion and literature analysis:Through analysis the laws of proprietary Chinese medicines contains "Corydalis" in clinic, we can find that Corydalis often used by vinegar processing. Meanwhile it often used with warm, spicy, aromatic herbal compatibility to Enhanced clinical efficacy.2.The research of vinegar processing of Corydalis for Enhancing efficiency:(1)Through the identification of six local vinegar around pharmaceutical place, the results showed that fermented vinegar contains fructose and lactic acid, synthetic vinegar does not contain fructose and lactic acid. And the content of lactic acid in vinegar is greater than vinaigrette. Confirm that fructose and lactic acid can be used as indicators to determine fermentation vinegar and synthesis vinegar which were made by different technology categories. Recommend the use of fermented vinegar. Combined with previous studies choose Beijing gantry vinegar as the cooked accessories.(2) Through study the constituents of alcohol extract and water extract of Corydalis pure and vinegar products, The result shows that water extraction have more content of alkaloids in vinegar processing Corydalis. But the ethanol extraction has different arrangement of ten alkaloids and has no significant difference. We can find that Traditional techniques and modern technology affect the dissolution of Corydalis processed products.(3) To observe in vitro effect of intestinal absorption solution of processing Corydalis preparation on the tension of rat thoracic aortic ring. The results showed that different extraction solvents of pure and vinegar products both have a good vasodilator activity. And vinegar processing Corydalis is better than pure. This result shows the way of vinegar processing has the science evidence. The effect of ethanol extracting of Corydalis is better than water extracting. This shows that modern technology may be superior to the ancient.3. The research of compatibility of Corydalis for enhancing efficiency:(1) Through research on Angelica which Corydalis commonly used compatibility in clinical, It can be seen that uniformity of Angelica is good, but the active ingredients content have significantly difference. Select Angelica produced in Sichuan origin to study the compatibility.(2) Through studying dissolution of the chemical composition of Corydalis with Angelica, it can be seen that Corydalis pure and vinegar products in compatibility with Angelica have no significant change in the dissolution of alkaloids in Corydalis. Both in the conditions of water and ethanol extracts. Compatibility may play a role in other aspects for enhancing efficiency.Conclusion:Through this research, it was confirmed that Corydalis vinegar products have an impact on the dissolution and Vasoactive by different solvent extraction methods. Vinegar products increased dissolution in water. Vinegar products had stronger vasoactive than pure products. Meanwhile Compatibility with the Angelica, Corydalis did not affect the dissolution of active ingredients. But it impacted metabolic in vivo. Indicating a synergistic effect of compatibility is not part of dissolution but in vivo metabolism.Based on multi-components analysis and vasoactive evaluation to explore the mechanism of vinegar processing and compatibility of Corydalis. Reveal the scientific of Corydalis vinegar processing and compatibility for enhancing the efficacy.
