Body Acupuncture And Ear Acupuncture Kidneys Do Not Pay Buried Clinical Observation Of Insomnia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of body acupuncture combined with auricular buried needles on disharmony between heart and kidney of the insomnia patients.Methods:90cases of disharmony between heart and kidney of the insomnia patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups A,groups B and groups C,each group was30cases.Group A was treated with body acupuncture combined with auricular buried needles, group B was treated with body acupuncture and group C was treated with auricular buried needles.7days for1course,2consecutive course of treatment. We respectively used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores to evaluate the patients’sleep situation、degree of anxiety and the overall curative effect before and after treatment, then made a comparative analysis.Results:1.After treatment, PSQI scores of three groups before the treatment were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Comparison between groups:scores of group A decreased more significantly than group B and group C, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),scores of group B decreased more significantly than group C,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 2.After treatment, HAMA scores of three groups before the treatment were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the scores of group A decreased most significantly, compared with group B, group C,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the scores of group B and group C decreased proximity,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rate in group A was86.67%, while in group B was76.67%and group C was73.33%.The overall curative effect of group A was better than that of other two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), while the overall curative effect of body acupuncture and auricular buried needles were similar, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of body acupuncture combined with auricular buried needles on disharmony between heart and kidney of the insomnia has a significant effect, it can effectively improve the sleep situation of the patients, reduce the degree of anxiety patients;compared with just using body acupuncture and just using auricular buried needles,it is worthy of clinical application.
