All the health care workers have made our aim and duty to focus on CHD and improve the patients’living condition. Patients in the pattern of qi deficiency and blood stasis have made the main part of CHD patients, so we have to know more about the quality of these people, and change their living conditions, so that relief the stress on CHD. The work has great meaning to the cure and research with CHD.Objective1. Contrary to patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) in qi deficiency and blood stasis, we use the prescription of engender qi and activate blood from Dongfang Hospital-Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, then focus on the efficacy of the patients.2. Contrary to patients above in the quality of life, then we summarize the results of how the patients’life are and point out which are the main factors that bring about these.MethodsThis research is aim at the patients of coronary heart disease in qi deficiency and blood stasis. We selected hundreds of patients diagnosed with CHD by PCI, CTA etc; assort them by unified standard into different patterns. We select60among them of qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern; range them into this research with their agreements. Among the people who had an experience of TCM treatment, we picked30of them randomly to be the test group, and the rest to be the control group.Two groups have the same treatment of western medicine, but the test group have additional Chinese decoction for two month which is made up of Ginseng, Astragals, Millettia, Xiebai, Angelica, Safflower, Turmeric. When to the second month after treatment, the patients need to sign the table of’quality of life’ The table should be filled by four times, which is the beginning, week2, week4and week8.Results1. The patients in test group had a different result after a cure of8weeks, and the quality of life had been improved.2. The patients in control group didn’t show any difference in the result,but they had a trend of getting better.3.In the stable of angina pectoris, two groups showed difference in the result, and the test group had a better result than the control group.4. In the frequence of angina pectoris, two groups showed difference in the result, the test group had a better result than the control group.5. In the mental health, two groups showed difference in the result, the test group had a better result than the control group.6. In the limit of body, the two group didn’t show any difference after cure.7.In the comprehension of the illness, the two group didn’t show any difference after cure.8. In the satisfy of cure, the two group didn’t show any difference.Conclusion1. The quality of CHD patients in pattern of qi deficiency and blood stasis is improved in stable and frequence of CHD and mental health.2. Prescription of BQBP plus CHD second prevent cure has a better curative effect than simple cure of CHD second prevent cure to the CHD patients in the pattern of qi deficiency and blood stasis.
