In "Yu Phototoxic Skin" Theory Of Acute Mouse Model Of Light Damage Created

In this article,two parts are included. One is the literature review,and the other is study report.The author reviewed literature on photosensitivity research in traditional Chinese medicine in aspects of internal and topical treatment, laboratory research progress was also reviewed.Objective:Explore photodamage established mouse model of acute depression based on phototoxicity skin theory.Methods:Divide the mice into four groups,and they were irradiated with UVB in dosages of300、600、900mJ/cm2for once.The biopsy and the apoptotic cells were detected and researchedResults:300-600mJ/cm2UVB radiation group consistent with acute light damage and apoptosis pathological features, but for light damage model300mj to600mj group of drug treatment and intervention effect, pending further experiments to verify.Conclusions:According to the result, based on the study of the impact of ultraviolet radiation on the skin epidermal cells is feasible. Created successfully meet the pathological features of acute light damage model, but is insufficient to create a model though, but no immunohistochemical staining and subsequent experimental verification is successful; light damage model of drug treatment and intervention to be further controlled trials to observe the verification.
