ObjectiveThrough literature study, we summarize the western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine research survey of disease category, nocturnal urine time increased disease epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and treatment. The traditional body acupuncture clinical research on the treatment of nocturnal urine time increase’s and through data analysis, by observation or nocturia frequency before and after treatment with acupuncture treatment, to evaluate the effectiveness and timeliness of the relationship between nocturnal urine time syndrome.Method.Clinical data:patients in Dongzhimen hospital acupuncture clinics from2012March to2013August period. In2002, the International Continence Society (International Continence Society) nocturia defined release, according to the experiments, exclusion, into the falling standards, were treated overnight urine time increased disease in44patients.19cases were male, accounting for43.18%of the total number, female25cases, accounting for56.82%of the total number. More than22patients65years of age,<22patients65years of age, the average age is63.9years old. The longest course of50years, the shortest1days, with an average of6.44years. Among them9cases accompanied with hypertension,9with diabetes,5cases of hyperlipidemia patients,10cases of sequelae of cerebral infarction,6patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia or hypertrophy patients.Methods:44patients were treated with traditional acupuncture therapy, acupuncture treatment, respectively, before treatment and second,4,6,8,10,12,14times the International Prostatic Symptom (I-PSS) score standard score. The data were analyzed using SPSS17.0statistical software. Before and after treatment were compared using independent samples T test, P<0.05is statistically significant differences, no significant difference of P≥0.05. Study on aging by the N and N-1second record results for independent samples T test, such as P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, these two treatment has a curative effect, effective treatment: if no statistically significant differences in P≥0.05, these two treatment ineffective, invalid treatment.ResultAcupuncture in the treatment of nocturnal urine time increase efficacy curve decreased with the increase in the number of patients before treatment; the treatment mean nocturia frequency is4.36times,14times after the treatment mean nocturia1.59times; on the treatment and14patients nocturia frequency were analyzed by paired samples T test before treatment, there was statistically significant at P<0.05differences.Second times before and after treatment in patients with nocturia frequency were analyzed by paired samples T test, P>0.05was not statistically significant; after the fourth treatment and second times after treatment of patients with nocturia frequency were analyzed by paired samples T test, P<0.05difference had statistical significance. Using the same method of data analysis, sixth times and fourth times, eighth times and sixth times, tenth times and eighth times, Twelfth times and tenth times, there are statistically significant differences in all P<0.05, fourth to twelfth times treatment had obvious effect, effective treatment. After the fourteenth treatment and twelfth times after treatment of patients with nocturia frequency were analyzed by paired samples T test, P>0.05was not statistically significant, that the thirteenth and14treatments had no significant effect, invalid treatment. Conclusion:Acupuncture in the treatment of nocturnal urine increases have obvious effect, can significantly reduce the number of patients with urination at night. Acupuncture in the treatment of nocturnal urine times increase to4times after the treatment began to have obvious effect, and first to twelfth treatment, curative effect increases with the increase in the number of treatment,13,14treatment had no significant effect, so the treatment to12times is appropriate...
