Regulation Intestine Liver Acupuncture Therapy Clinical Study Of Constipation-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (liver Qi Stagnation)

Purpose：Through the observation of soothing the liver and regulatingqi method of acupuncture in the treatment of constipation type ofirritable bowel syndrome (qi stagnation) clinical efficacy, illustratemslrq acupuncture treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowelsyndrome (qi stagnation) the validity and advantage.Material and method：Select60cases from2011December to2012diagnosed patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of LiaoningUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine in September, the spleen andstomach department and inpatients for constipation type of irritablebowel syndrome patients conforming to the inclusion criteria and test,adopting completely randomized design divided into treatment group andcontrol group. The treatment group of30cases, including14cases of malepatients,16female patients, the age is the smallest19years old, thebiggest62years old, be mslrq acupuncture therapy; the control group of30cases, including13cases of male patients,17female patients, theminimum age of20years, the maximum age60years old, be polyethyleneglycol electrolyte powder (commodity name Shu Taiqing) oral treatment.The two groups were treated for4weeks. Patients with abdominal pain,abdominal distension, bowel and mental state after the end of treatment.Results：1.The two groups before and after treatment, abdominal pain, abdominaldistension, bowel and mental status were significantly improved,10casesof treatment group, the clinical cure,10cases markedly effective,effective8cases, invalid2cases, the total efficiency of93.33%;control group7cases were cured,9cases markedly effective, effective9cases, invalid5cases, the total efficiency of83.33%. Significant difference between groups (P <0.05). Description: mslrq acupuncturetreatment with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder (Shu Taiqing) oraltherapy can improve clinical symptoms, but the liver Qi acupuncturetreatment is better.2.Follow-up for1months after the end of treatment, the efficacy of thetwo groups is relatively stable, and the treatment group cured0casesof recurrence, and1patients in control group had lost to follow-up, therewere2cases of recurrence.Conclusion：1.There is significant clinical effect of mslrq acupuncture treatment,the curative effect is better than the Shu Taiqing oral control group.2.This test is inadequate, because clinical observation period is short,patients less, pending further study.
