60 Cases Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Safety Studies Yishenkang Particle Therapy

Purpose：This study was to observe with qi and nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation to removeblood stasis role of traditional Chinese medicine compound kidney kang granule in treatmentof early diabetic nephropathy (DN) of safety, for clinical provides the basis for furtherpopularization and application.Material and method：To clinical diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy in patients with60caseswere randomly divided into two groups, including traditional Chinese medicinetreatment group30cases, Chinese medicine kidney kang granule was given westernmedicine control group30cases, western medicine lotensin was given6weeksas a course of treatment. Were observed before and after treatment in both groups,routine urine and blood change of liver and kidney function, provide objectivebasis for clinical safe drug use.Results：Patients taking kidney kang granules before and after treatment, blood, urineroutine, liver and kidney function indicators have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion：The kidney qi and nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation to remove bloodstasis has kang granules on the blood of the patients with early diabeticnephropathy, routine urine and kidney function damage, drug safety, can furtherclinical application.
