On Adriamycin Rat Model Of Proteinuria Astragalus Decoction

Purpose: To observe the protective effect of different doses of AstragalusDecoction in rats preliminary, study on pharmacodynamic action mechanism ofAstragalus in adriamycin rat model preliminary.Material and methods:70male SD rats were randomly divided into5groups,Normal group, model group, astragalus high dose group, astragalus middle dosegroup and astragalus low dose group. except Normal group, the remaining ratsin each group is administered doxorubicin once with the injectedintravenously,according5mg/kg body weight dose,established adriamycin model.Start gavage after the first3d. continuous administration28d. In modelingbefore treatment, the first14d,28d, body weight,urine and24h urine proteinof rats were detected, when the experiment is finished, Cr, BUN is detected;m-ALB, β2-MG, ET, IL-6, AQP-2of rats in each group is detected by ELISA assay.Results:1.Reduced the concentration of24h urinary protein, m-ALB,Cr, BUN.Compared withmodel group,the concentration of24h urine protein, m-ALB, Cr, BUN, ET, IL-6of the treatment group is reduced.and comparison between the treatment groups,the middle dose group is better than the high and low dose group.2. Increased concentration of AQP-2.Compared with model group, theconcentration of the AQP-2of the treatment group is increased and Comparisonbetween the treatment groups,the high and low dose group is better than the middledose group.Conclusions:1. The middle dose group of Astragalus decoction has protective effect onproteinuria of adriamycin rats.2. Astragalus decoction has protective effect of reduced albumin.
