The Health Examination Center established byWestern Hospital develops rapidly and creates considerable economic and social value.The "preventive treatment of disease" center established by the hospital of Chinesetraditional medicine becomes a newly developing industry that can reduce people’smedical costs and meet people’s healthy needs. Through the internal and externalenvironment, SWOT and QSPM analysis of “preventive treatment of disease” centerestablished by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of ChineseMedicine, this paper makes an assessment to the situation of the center and proposes thestrategic development goals for the construction of hospital.
