Objective: To collect the cases of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine, and cases for statistical analysis, to explore thefunctional dyspepsia of Chinese medicine dialectical type in the the Western RomeⅢ typing subtypes distribution and relationships, or certain positive significance toestablish a unified functional dyspepsia Chinese dialectical treatment standards.Methods: Rome Ⅲ criteria published by the United States in2006DigestiveDisease Week conference in patients with functional dyspepsia cases collection, andthe collection of cases were classified by the Rome Ⅲ epigastric pain syndrome andpostprandial distress syndrome; Chinese and Western medicine combined withfunctional dyspepsia released by the2010Professional Committee of ChinaAssociation of Integrative Medicine digestive diseases clinic consensus, all thepatients were divided into Liver Qi Stagnation, Fan Wei qi certificate, spleen andstomach qi deficiency syndrome, damp heat stagnation stomach permits mixed coldand heat certificate five types. Two type of card with See are classified according tothe onset of the main card. And statistical analysis, statistical software SPSS19.0Chinese version of the statistical software for processing.Results:(1)120cases of patients with functional dyspepsia proportion of TCMSyndrome Types of Fan Wei qi certificate> liver qi stagnation certificate> hot andhumid slow stomach certificate of> the spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome>mixed cold and heat certificate.(2) Investigation Case Western typing postprandial distress syndrome (n=63)>abdominal pain syndrome (n=57), there was no significant difference.(3) Western subtype differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes wasstatistically significant (P <0.001), including abdominal pain syndrome in TCMsyndrome type of liver syndrome (n=26)> spleen and stomach qi deficiencysyndrome (n=12)> Fan Wei qi card (9cases) mixed cold and heat certificate (7cases)> hot and humid stagnation stomach (3), postprandial distress syndrome in TCM types Fan Wei qi card (33cases)> hot and humid stagnant stomach (16)> liversyndrome (n=8)> mixed cold and heat certificate (4)> spleen and stomach qideficiency syndrome (n=2).Conclusion: the functional dyspepsia TCM typing Fan Wei qi certificate-based;Western typing, upper abdominal pain syndrome of TCM Syndrome Types Liver QiStagnation, postprandial distress syndrome of TCM parting Fan Wei qi card.
