Objective:Related cases was collected in clinical study,from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine physique study to reveal the pathogenesis of hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver, and application distinguishes the constitution and to improve the treatment of hepatitis b cirrhosis treatment effect, and providing a new train of thought and method for hepatitis b cirrhosis prevention treatmentMethods:Looking up the literature about the chronic hepatitis b constitution research in recent years, refer to the traditional Chinese medicine physique study to descripe the main symptom and syndrome type of hepatitis b cirrhosis, designing a hepatitis b cirrhosis TCM constitution and related inspection questionnaire survey, looking into the hepatitis b liver cirrhosis patients who come to liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital see a doctor, filling in the questionnaire, and carrying on the summary, useing SPSS to analyse the date.Results:Colecting109cases that meeting the standard, blood stasis mass proportion come first in this investigation, and cases of blood stasis mass accounts for the population34.9%, phlegmy damp mass proportion takes second,29cases phlegmy damp mass accounts for the population26.6%, phlegmy damp mass between the age30-49,17cases accounted for about55.2%of the total phlegmy damp mass, the deficiency of qi mass proportion takes third,19cases of the deficiency of qi mass survey population17.4%, deficiency of vital energy in a mass of30years and fifty and69ages5cases respectively, and12cases of about of the total mass of the deficiency of26.3%,63.2%, hot and humid mass takes fourth,13cases accounted for11.9%. Find out that more hot and humid mass in young and middle-aged, including19-45years old is12cases, accounting for92.3%of the total quality of hot and humid. Physicallabor patients are more than mental Labour patients in this survey.
