Effect Of Clinical Symptoms And Quality Of Life Of Patients With Gastric Cancer Spleen Qi Method

Purpose: In this paper, guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,based compound to shenling baizhu powder, we study the intervention of gastriccancer clinical symptoms and side effects of chemotherapy.Material and method: From January2010to October2011,liaoning universityof traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of31cases of postoperativegastric cancer patients admitted in oncology department, Patients after surgeryor adjuvant chemotherapy with or without medicine treatment is divided into atreatment group and control group, Control group of20cases, the treatment groupof11patients.Result:1.Treatment group and control group in nausea and vomiting, lower extremity edema,weight loss symptoms difference (P<0.05).2.Bone marrow suppression as compared with the control group (P<0.05) difference,Hemoglobin (P<0.05) difference, white blood cells and platelets (P>0.05) nodifference.3.There are differences in CA199and CA125, CEA and CA724no difference (P>0.05)compared with the control group,CEA10times the upper limit (P<0.05) difference.Conclusion:In given priority to with yiqi centralizer and to eliminate pathogenic, earlyapplication shenling baizhu powder, are effective in improving the symptoms ofnausea and vomiting in patients with lower extremity edema; Can improve immunity,reduce bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy, improve the life qualityof patients; To some extent inhibited the growth of cancer cells, metastasis,stable disease, delayed recurrence and metastasis to some extent.
