Analysis And Evolution Of Domestic And International Research Evidence-based Guidelines For Children With Pneumonia Clinical Evaluation Of The Evidence

Purpose：Evidence-based guideline has a important clinical significance，while the result of thiswork is very poor in our country．This article contains some reliable evaluation method，several national child pneumonia guideline and a various WHO reports．With a view ofclinical study appeared in those years，this article aim to present some ideas in the process ofguideline development in our country．Material and method：In this article，we searched the following electronic databases and website：ScienceDirect(The biggest scientific literature database，which was recognized as the highest academicjournals around the world．)SpringerLink(The largest online academic platform of science，technology and medicine)，EBSCO，Medline，At the same time，I collect useful informationwith the help of NGC(The database of clinical guideline in American，the website iswww．guideline．gov).WHO(www．who．org)．Time interval：1993-2013，20years．TheInformation I need was totally acquired through above ways.Results：1. There are two main evaluation method in this field：AGREE and NICE．Both of themwere widely accepted by us．The former one focus on the main contents and the basicprinciples The latter one mainly foucus on the assessment of the clinical evidence．We stillhave other method to evaluate the guideline which was not used frequently，such as COGS(Conference on guideline standardization)．2. In recent years，there are five high quality Pediatric CAP guideline spread in thisfield． They are from Canda(1997)，British (2002，2011)，South Africa(2005)，Japan(2007)，the United States(2011)respectively． Conclusion：1. In order to develop the evidence-based guideline as quickly as possible，we need to findout a better way．Guideline revision is a convenient and economic method．2. If you want to revise the guideline，you need to find out enough evidence to make sureit’s applicability. Additionaly，this work also contains the improvement of the guideline．3.
