Objective:cerebrovascular disease has become China’s first maimed and thecause of death of the disease, a serious threat to people’s health and qualityof life, and bring a heavy burden to families and society. Ischemic strokeaccounted for all of cerebrovascular disease about70%, and its incidence isrising, In addition to thrombolytic therapy in the acute phase (6hours), thereis no more precise and effective treatment measures. With the deepening of stemcell research in recent years, the application of stem cell transplantation inthe treatment of ischemic stroke to become a new hotspot, and achieved certainresults, animal experiments have achieved significant effect provides atheoretical basis for the study and application of clinical trials. However, research and reports of clinical applications is still very little. The subjectof10patients with sequelae of cerebral ischemia in patients with a lumbarpuncture neural stem cell transplantation, to observe the safety and clinicalefficacy of transplantation, aimed to carry out a comprehensive clinical neuralstem cell transplantation in the treatment of ischemic stroke clinical basis.Research Methods: This topic selection in February2011to August2011werehospitalized patients with ischemic stroke, a total of10cases. Give regularmanagement of blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose and antiplateletaggregation, invigorate the circulation, expanding blood vessel, neurotrophicdrug treatment, the names of the vertebral canal injection stem celltransplantation,1times a week, a total of3times, changes in vital signs andadverse reactions were observed, respectively in transplantation preoperativeand3times for routine blood, liver and kidney function, tumor markers in thelaboratory tests, and preoperative, six months after transplantation and3timesfor neural function scale evaluation, statistical analysis. Result:1.Postoperative patients with stable vital signs, chills, fever, and no allergicreactions such as rash, dizziness, headache, such as lower cranial pressure andadverse events such as epilepsy.2.With the laboratory results of the t test, compared with3times aftertransplantation surgery, P>0.05, there were no significant differences betweenthe statistical results;3.Table analysis by t test in patients with3nerve function evaluation, beforeoperation and3after transplantation compared with P>0.05, results showedno statistically significant differences between the preoperative andpostoperative; and6months after transplantation,3and6months after surgery,P <0.05, the results indicate statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1. The vertebral canal injection transplantation of neural stem cells, simpleoperation, good safety;2. Stem cell transplant treatment for ischemic stroke in patients with no adverseevents, safe and feasible;3. Stem cell transplantation therapy in patients with ischemic stroke can improveneurological function score, to improve the neural function in patients withhave certain effect.
