Then analyzed the information and did a summary. Results1. Retrospectively analyzed22185cases.There was221cases of them used fungal agents accounting for about1%.2. The usage of antifungal agents firstly gave to targeted therapy, accounting for62.90%. preventive treatment was only37.10%.3. The medication alone was the uppermost for anti-fungal drug using(85.07%).4. The main type of clinical anti-fungal agents were fluconazole (60.18%) and voriconazole (46.61%).4.There was139cases of22,185cases which were regarded as deep fungal infection, accounting for0.63%of the total number. There were12cases confirmed diagnosis,52cases of clinical diagnosis and75cases suspecting diagnosed.5. Deep fungal infection occurred mainly in patients over60years old (58.27%). The department of respiratory (36.69%) is the most common department for deep nosocomial fungal infection.6. Parts of deep fungal infection gave first place to the lungs(69.06%) and mouth(14.39%). The rate of confirmed case was only accounting for8.63%. Doctors should paid more attention to pathogenic examination for deep fungal infection.4. Most deep fungal infection cases in the department of respiratory, the department of hematology and intensive care unit. These departments should pay more attention to prevention and treatment of fungal infection.5. The main pathogens of deep fungal infection were candida albicans.6.
