This thesis includes two parts, study of antibacterial effect of vancomycin and photodynamic therapy on antibacterial.I. Study of antibacterial effect of vancomycinVancomycin is a widely used antibiotic of the gly copeptides family and has a good effect on gram-positive bacterial. We used vancomycin on hernia mesh repairing and wound healing, achieving good results. The study consists of two parts:1. Voncomycin was used on hernia repairingAntibacterial hernia mesh was manufactured by casting vancomycin to polypropylene prostheses, establishing bacterial infection model. The results was showed that vancomycin-CMCS coated meshes has better biological adhesion, reducing the drug release process, are effective against bacterial adherence to polypropylene mesh and further mesh infection. So antibacterial mesh has promising application in curing postoperative wound infections.2. Vancomycin was used on wound healingWe establish skin trauma model, result showed that vancomycin can reduce the risk of wound infection. The advantage of antibacterial in vancomycin and angiogenesis in puerarin, so the combination of vancomycin and puerarin has better effect on wound healing.Ⅱ. Study of antibacterial effect of photodynamic therapyResistant strain is a great challenge for public health, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) becoming one of the main cause of iatrogenic infection. We study of antibacterial effect of photodynamic compound T1-T4in vitro, which was synthetized by our laboratory. According to the results, We choose60min as dark incubation time,30min as best illumination time, photodynamic compound T1had less dark toxic and better antibacterial effect, will become excellent photosensitizer.
