| Objective Retrospective analysis of pharyngeal lymphatic ring diffuse large B cell lymphoma clinic characteristic and prognosis influence factors..Methods analyze pharyngeal lymphatic ring diffuse large B cell lymphoma66cases which are diagnosed by pathologize.13cases tumors are from thr nasopharynx part;49cases tumors are from tonsil;4cases tumors locate in the base of tongue. Ⅰ/Ⅱ phase are mainly cured by chemotherapy plus involvement wild illuminate, Ⅲ/Ⅳ stages cases are mainly.cured by chemotherapy. Survival analysis was performed by the Kaplan-Meier法and Log-rank method, comparison among group swasper formed by log-rank test and multivariate analysis w as carried out with the Co x proportional hazard model.Results Most of Pharyngeal lymphatic ring diffuse large B cell lymphomas are phase Ⅱ and neighboring organs are invaded, rare systemic symptom and spleen are invaded and LDH rise.3、5years survival rates of Pharyngeal lymphatic ring diffuse large B cell lymphoma are77.9%、66.9%,. the single factor analysis showed that the LDH248, the international prognostic index score≥1and ECOG score≥2is pharyngeal lymphatic ring diffuse large B cell lymphoma patients after the adverse factors, Many factors analysis shows that:LDH and the international prognostic index score≥1is relate to poor prognosis of pharynx lymphatic ring diffuse large B cell lymphomas’ patients.Conclusion:pharynx lymphatic ring diffuse large B cell lymphomas has the clinical unique characteristic the international prognostic index score is the significant factor of influence on the prognosis. |
