| ObjectiveTo detect the change of serum MIP-1α level in Kawasaki disease (KD) children and relationship between coronary artery lesion.MethodsThe level of serum MIP-1α from30KD patients diagnosed according to2002revised International classification criteria for KD and20healthy persons were detected by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) respectively, detect the level of MIP-1α and analyses the result. Meanwhile, correlation analysis between ESR and CRP and the degree of coronary artery dilatational MIP-1αwere detected by Pearson.Results1Compare acute KD and Subacute KD and normal children in the level of serum MIP-1α:the level of serum MIP-la in patient acute KD(82.42±12.16)and Subacute KD(75.81±12.94) were obviously higher than that in healthy control (37.22±3.41)ng/L,(P<0.05); there is not obvious different between patients acute KD and Subacute KD (P>0.05).2Compare the Coronary artery dilatation and non-Coronary artery dilatational KD’s level of serum MIP-1α in acute KD and Subacute KD:The level of serum MIP-1α inCoronary artery dilatation acute KD(88.28±10.10ng/L) and Coronary arterydilatation Subacute KD(88.00±5.38ng/L)were higher than non-Coronary arterydilatational KD group(73.61±1.26ng/L)(P<0.05)3In addition,analyze the relation bwteen the level of serum MIP-1α level with ESRand CRP in acute KD:the level of serum MIP-1α level in acute KD patientsshowed positive correlation with CRP level(r=0.557,P<0.05)and ESR(r=0.663,P<0.05) and the degree of coronary artery dilatation(r=0.452,P<0.05).Conclusions1The level of serum MIP-1α in patient KD were obviously higher than that inhealthy control(P<0.05).2The level of serum MIP-1α acute KD in the Coronary artery dilatation KD groupwas higher than non-Coronary artery dilatational KD group(P<0.05).3The serum MIP-1α level in KD patients has positive correlation with thel evels ofCRP and ESR and the degree of coronary artery dilatation. |
