With the deteriorating ecological environment around our lives, people have to pay attention to environmental issues. In many environmental protection measures, emission permits trade of carbon is a new type of environmental protection industry emerging nearly a decade, to reduce carbon emissions in the atmosphere for the purpose through the afforestation, while giving forest carbon stocks resource properties to trade through environmentally friendly projects. Emission permits trade of carbon will be linked to environmental protection and financial and economic, to quantify environmental effect become a commodity and prices, investment in the financial markets, linked with market competition, motivate international, inter-regional, inter-enterprise spontaneous energy conservation environmental protection. This will be the cause of global environmental protection, but also the international trade of a new growth point.Calculation the quantity of forest ecosystem carbon stocks and the economic value of carbon stocks benefits——The core region of the Baxianshan Reserve as an example. Participate in international emission permits trade of carbon, China, as a country with extensive resources of forest carbon stocks, the world’s largest forest carbon stocks in the supply side, but it has been in a very passive position. This is the most critical in emission permits trade of carbon with two aspects of our country:the accounting of carbon stocks and emission permits trade of carbon the pricing field of the development has a great influence on. China is still no uniform standards for carbon stocks, forest carbon stocks around the information did not form a unified management and can not hold the carbon efficient allocation of resources and rational utilization; Meanwhile, China’s pricing mechanism on carbon finance, carbon trading market building on protection policies and systems, significantly behind the developed countries.Baxianshan as Tianjin, the only National Nature Reserve, it’s important for the Tianjin ecological environment has an important position. Tianjin as one of the country except for Beijing, Shanghai the only three emission Exchange in China settled down in the city, has been the success transactions517,500tons of carbon dioxide equivalent. The study of the economic value of the only nature reserve in Tianjin:Baxianshan’s carbon storage and reserves at this time will be very necessary.Firstly survey Baxianshan field quadrats to collect first-hand information of vegetation data. Calculate individual tree biomass of trees within the plot and plot biomass according to the different types of tree biomass calculation model.Collected the study area’s remote sensing data:topographic TM remote sensing images, aerial imagery, and DEM data.Using ArcGIS, ERDAS software, calculate the average value of the plot vegetation index. Establish vegetation indices and plots of the study area biomass as a function of that projected forest biomass in the study area, and then calculate the study area of forest carbon stocks At last according the actual situation of Baxianshan, discuss a variety of carbon reserves pricing methods, and explore the different pricing standards, the Nature Reserve Baxianshan carbon value of the reserves. In this paper, the field quadrat survey combined with remote sensing images using GIS systems and other means, to estimate the Baxianshan Nature Reserve carbon reserves of44062.86tons,and comparison of several common ways on the pricing of carbon emissions, according to the carbon rate method calculated Baxianshan Nature Reserve total carbon stock price of52,874,573yuan, of which carbon stocks worth24,773,730yuan mixed coniferous and deciduous broadleaf forest carbon stocks worth28,100,843yuan.
