Pesticide residues in the crop caused a great impact on human, animal health and the environment, pesticide residues are also becoming important reason to hinder China’s agricultural exports. Therefore, it is developed to establish the significance of Pesticide Residues on human health and the development of import and export trade. Herbal medicines in the growth process, and also administering a variety of pesticides, fungicides. Traditional Chinese medicinal pesticide residue detection methods and standards rarely abroad more and more stringent monitoring of pesticide residues in food, and has developed a variety of pesticides in food MRLs constrain China’s food exports barriers to trade. Chinese herbal medicine as a special kind of food, because of the complex system, component trace to the rapid separation and accurate determination has brought great difficulties. Establish a rapid, efficient, sensitive Chinese herbal medicines in pesticide multi-residue method is currently a hot research topic. The thesis is divided into three sections, the main content of each chapter include:Chapter1:Introduction part, primarily through literature review describes the background and significance of the topic of this paper. Detection technology include food safety issues as well as ensuring the safety of food; overview of pesticide residues and hazards;ternational.Chapter2:A method was developed for the determination of81pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines from Shannan based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).Samples were extracted with0.1%acetic acid-acetonitrile solution and combinatied appropriate method for cleaned-up, then determined by GC-MS with selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode. Good linear relationship in the range of0.01~1.0μg/mL.The correlation coefficients were larger than0.999. The detection limits were6.0~31.9μg/kg, the recoveries were60.8%~128.6%and the relative standard deviations were7.6%~18.9%. It also demonstrated that this method is highly sensitive, accurate and reliable to meet the requirements of the multiple pesticide residues analysis in Chinese herbal medicines. Chapter3:A method was developed for the determination of16carbamate pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines from Shannan based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The sample containing0.1%acetic acid, extracted with acetonitrile, to select the appropriate method of purification, UPLC-MS/MS detection. Good linear relationship in the range of0.01~1.0μg/mL, the correlation coefficients were greater than0.994, the detection limit of1.1to9.8μg/kg, the recovery rate was69.4%to121.5%, the relative standard deviation was2.32.%to12.50%. It also demonstrated that this method is highly sensitive, accurate and reliable to meet the requirements of the multiple pesticide residues analysis in Chinese herbal medicines.
