Study the result as follows:Technique project of cultivation:Poria cocos cultivation experiment was carried out with pine cut-log、pine stump、pine saw dust、defective material、pine needle、 material bag. Experimental results show that cultivation with pine stump and pine cut-log is stable in the biology characteristic and quality,so they are worth being spread.The biology characteristic:The cultivated Poria cocos with different condition which amorphous character and microstructure character have a little difference. The cultivated Poria cocos with pine cut-log and pine stump in character indexes is conform to the requirement of pharmacopoeia.Determination of total moisture content、 ash contenta and extractum:total moisture content、ash contenta and extractum from the cultivated Poria cocos with pine cut-log and pine stump is conform to the requirement of pharmacopoeia.The determination of Poris cocos polysaccharide:Cultivation method、 cultivation conditions and harvest time has an impact on the contents of Poris cocos polysaccharide. The contents of cultivated Poris cocos is lower than wild Poris cocos.The contents of cultivated Poris cocos in the greenhouse is higher than others.The contents of cultivated Poris cocos is harvested after9months, which is higher than is harvested after9months.Quantitative determination of pachymic acid by HPLC:The contents of cultivated Poris cocos is lower than wild Poris cocos; The contents of Poris cocos is lower than Poris cocos peel.
