In recent years, the cultivars of Poria cocos were grown to develop new medicinal resources in Hubeiã€Anhui and Yunnan provinces, but the methods of cultivation is various. Whether or not have some differences in quality with different cultivation materials and different cultural environment? These questions remained to answer under scientific evidence. To find some experimental evidences, the project researched the biology characteristic and the quality of Poria cocos from different cultivation materials and different cultural environment, for the production quantity standard that promote Poria coco"Safe, valid, stable and can be controlled", provide science according to. Experimental results show that cultivation with pine stump and pine cut-log is stable in the biology characteristic and quality,so they are worth being spread.The biology characteristic:The cultivated Poria cocos with different condition which amorphous character and microstructure character have a little difference.
