High Speed Motor Car is the core of china high-speed railway technology and in recentyears china’s high-speed EMU’s operating speed become faster and faster, and continue tocreate new miracle in the area of high speed motor car. While Such a high running speedwill inevitably cause some damage in bearing and neck journal. So to aim at this problem, thispaper firstly analyzed the current development situation of high speed motor car in ourcountry, then designed a bearing journal testing and the intelligent automatic matching systembased on a reference of an ordinary train according to the relevant requirements of China’sMinistry of Railways to bearing and neck journal.In addition, this system meet the operatingrequirements of EMU, and it has high service efficiency, low cost, with good prospects forpromotion.This system syncretizes wireless communication technique,data structure, linearanalysis, Software analysis and modeling, Error Analysis theory, database technology andmatlab data analysis modeling, then realize detection to bearing journal and intelligentautomatic match. The main content of this paper is as following:(1) Complete error analysis and detection principal of bearing journal.First, make it isconducive to further analysis according to mechanical basic model that is the mechanicalstructure can be abstractly formulated; second, complete error analysis of bearing journal,and analysis the error of it’s measuring method according current situation;third, computeuncertainty of measurement system according error analysis.(2)Complete intellectual automatic match of bearing journal. According some applicablestandards of MOR and interrelated techniques of linear analysis and date organization,andthrough interrelated analysis of match algorithm and verification of model,then finally formthe intellectual automatic match algorithm of bearing journal.(3)At last, complete bearing journal measurement and intellectual automatic matchsystem using software design and software modeling technique, then verify error analysis ofmeasurement principal in dissertation; also verify realizing the maximum of match algorithmand the net effect of best choice.Finally, the paper summarize the content of this study and expatiate the possibleproblem and the work to be done in the future.
