In order to get the best design for reducer product in the most reasonableconditions, it not only considers the exist of random factors in the traditionaldesign, but also considering the uncertain fuzzy factors. Through the fuzzyreliability optimization design method to analyse the reducer product. Thispaper studied the influence of reducer designed from the by single-objective andmulti-objective fuzzy reliability optimization design method, at the same time toanalyse and compare the received design results from the two method. The fulltext achievements are as follows. This article combines fuzzy mathematics theory and reliability theory to dothe optimization design of the secondary helical cylindrical gear reducer, somakes the each index of reducer are more reasonable. It is a very practicaland has a certain theoretical design method. To do the fuzzy reliability optimization design of reducer from the twoaspects of single objective function and the multi-objective function, andanalyse the results of the traditional design, the reliability optimizationdesign and fuzzy reliability optimization design, from the analysis resultswe can received that compared with the traditional design, the volume, center distance and the sum of the tooth width of the reducer has reduced toa certain extent through use this two methods of the reliability optimizationdesign and optimization of fuzzy reliability design. For the mathematical model of the fuzzy reliability of the single-objectiveand multi-objective, we use the MATLAB Optimization Toolbox to realizeoptimization programming, easily dealt with inequality constraints, correctly solving the optimization results.Previous researchers only used single target or multiple objective methodsto research the mechanical parts, but did not put the two methods togetherto research and analyze on the basis of the research of the single objectiveand multi-objective method.
