Application of computer-aided technologies in theprecision design of agricultural machinery also more and more get people’sattention.Computer-aided Tolerancing (CAT) is an important part of the design andmanufacturing of mechanical parts.Mechanical precision design is an importantlink in the whole design process of mechanical products,which determines theperformance of the appliance, interchangeable and assembly quality, but alsodirectly determines the entire product’s manufacturing costs. Therefore, CAT isimportant way to increase the precision of machine manufacturing and to reduceprocessing costs, with the inevitable relationship between optimization of themechanical manufacturing precision.This article is based on AutoCAD2007as second development platform,using database Access2010established the corresponding database, with Visual Studio2010in Visual Basic.NET as a intermediate medium, Application ofVisual Basic.NET controls size the design of tolerance, form tolerance andsurface roughness,and edit the corresponding program. Users can directly tostart integrated mechanical precision automatic tagging system by the menu itemwhich is added comprehensive automatic tagging precision machinery system inthe Auto CAD2007utilizing the ActiveX/VB to improve the efficiency ofdrawing.In this paper, mechanical automatic tagging comprehensive tolerancesystem has friendly interface, convenient operation, strong integrity, dynamicrotating flexible, intuitive and occupies a small storage space and so on. Methodis simple and quick.The system can greatly improve the design efficiency,shorten the working time, bring more benefit for the enterprise, has the verygood practical value and popularization meaning. |
