Process of mechanical manufacturing is the core of the whole process, its quality willdirectly affect the parts of each dimension and tolerance, and affect the product quality andcost, so we use the process dimension path graph, for all dimensions and tolerances,benchmark, processing order to make the right solution. This article uses the path diagram ofcomprehensive description of the mechanical manufacturing process size benchmark in allstages of processing, the processing order and size all related model, digital design formechanical manufacturing process, from the path graph summarizes some regularconclusions, enriched and developed the manufacture process theory. Process path of sizechart describes the formation of all the elements, reflects the whole process of processingorder and the benchmark, also can reflect the path between any two elements, of course, allcan reflect the path of the target size, using mathematical language to describe the processroute, so it is a mathematical model of the work piece processing route, using it to a moresimple question evolution, is helpful to optimize the process. In addition, the easy pathdiagram, less error-prone, also can undertake computer aided design. So we use processdimension path diagram in the process of machining dimension model is set up.Process dimension path graph has the following features: size path graph describes thevarious elements in the process of machining work piece processing the formation of the path,this paper studies the main contents as following:(1) This paper expounds the technological dimension of the source path graph, andintroduces the process dimension path graph in parts of three dimensional space;(2) On the basis of the design basis and its processing sequence, on the premise of thefunctional requirement of the parts, we carry on the design;(3) The process dimension path graph is used to analysis the position tolerance design,make its become more concise, and to the point;(4) The use of process dimension path graph process of parts and its size and locationtolerances for integrated computation.
