Energy in the strategic position in the national economy is becoming moreand more important. China’s economic growth over-relies on energyconsumption. Energy efficiency is low. Wind power as a kind of clean andrenewable energy received widespread attention. Growth of wind powergenerator gearbox as the core component of wind turbine, its performancedirectly determines the reliability and service life of the wind turbine. Windturbine work under variable load conditions is easy to damage, maintenancedifficulties. It’s on the reliability of wind turbine drive system and the use ofperformance high demands are put forward. Transmission system is the mosteasily damaged parts. Wind turbine bearing premature failure is also a not yetcompletely solve the problem. So the wind machine gear box bearing dynamiccharacteristics, reliability and the failure mechanism is an important task in thedesign of wind turbine bearings.This topic considering the working characteristic of the wind turbine underextreme load. Wind turbines with one year and fifty years calculation model isgiven four different function distributions, Gumbel distribution calculation isobtained by calculation results in the extreme load of results was bigger than theother three kinds of situation, and the calculation results are more meaningful.In terms of sliding bearing dynamics and vibration also do a thoroughresearch. Spin dynamics considering the action of centrifugal force is givenunder the extreme load bearing area maintains a skid analysis. At the same time,it is also studied with cage under the load change slip characteristics analysis.By the analysis results can be seen that, under the extreme load low speed shaftroller bearing slip rate is very low. But in the high-speed shaft rotation phasecage slip rate is higher and the rate of change is very steep. This suggests thatthe extreme load of the impact of the high-speed shaft bearing in a flashphenomenon is serious. In terms of vibration, when bearing area skid addedfriction and considering the different bearing lubrication damping characteristics,different speed, different parameters and the analysis of the vibration of the rolling body under different load, under the extreme load bearing deformationand vibration displacement increases obviously, high-speed bearing vibrationresponse is unusually strong.
