Due to the antique design concept of crane and limited attention to the energy and economy, it is of great social significance and of economic value that the energy consumption of crane is evaluated and the level and standard of energy efficiency is settled on the basis of the evaluation result, which not only performs the relevant laws and regulations of the country, but also leads to the tread of building a resource-saving society.This paper takes bridge crane as an example. Firstly, according to the energy consumption level of bridge crane in "whole lifecycle", this paper proposes an energy cost-efficiency index (ECI)(Note:The cost index hereby is an index whose value is the lower, the better. While the energy efficiency index is an index whose value is the higher, the better.) The energy-saving evaluation system of bridge crane is established. All energy-saving factors should be taken into account, including structural energy efficiency, drive energy efficiency, electric-control energy-saving, the design quality, manufacturing process, and the cost.Power factor and its child indicators of index system in Chapter2largely affect the energy consumption of bridge crane. Therefore, the electrical energy consumption model of the main body of bridge crane is established. In accordance with this model, the detection method of bridge crane energy consumption is studied. At last, the energy detection is ongoing for the16/3.2T type of bridge crane.So far, as the energy efficiency level of crane has not yet been established in our country, the energy consumption testing results of the bridge crane still cannot be evaluated directly. Therefore, taking advantage of BP neural network and DS evidence theory, the4th chapter of this article establishes the energy consumption absolute evaluation model of bridge crane on the basis of data fusion. With the help of this model, the bridge crane energy efficiency level is formed, and field testing of energy consumption gives absolute evaluation on energy consumption of bridge crane.However, the absolute energy consumption result of the bridge crane is still unable to guide the crane design personnel to improve the large energy consumption of crane design. On the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and rough set, the fifth chapter of this article builds relative evaluation model of bridge crane, with which the energy consumption of bridge crane is ranked. In the rank of bridge crane energy consumption, different bridge cranes are compared. Then find out the main factors influencing the energy consumption of bridge crane. So, crane design personnel can improve the energy consumption of large bridge crane within the design stage of bridge crane.Finally, in accordance with the above energy assessment technology of bridge crane, the assessment software based on Web is developed, which realizes remote collaboration evaluation, thus making judgment towards relative cranes.
