Because of the low noise, safety and reliability, the flap gate is widely used in the rail AFC system and public access control system. Although the flap gate is studied late in our country, it has gradually been paid more and more attention.The flap gate is mainly studied in this dissertation and the main contributions are as the following:First, the overall control scheme of the flap get is determined. According to the control requirements, dsPIC33FJ64MC506is selected as the main controller to control permanent magnet synchronous motor. Three phase stator current and rotor angle are measured by sampling resistance and resolver.Second, the hardware of the control system is designed on the basis of dsPIC. The hardware is consisted of microprocessor and its pheripheral circuits, power module circuit, analog sampling circuit, main power drive circuit, fault decting and protection circuit, communication circuit and so on.Third, load torque and rotary inertia are analyzed on the basis of the motion mode. According to the vector control principle, the model of PMSM control system is built in simulink. The simulation results of traditional PI algorithm and fuzzy PI algorithm are analyzed.Fourth, with the help of modular design idea, the software is designed according to the control requirements.Last, experiments are carried out in the actual flap gate and favorable control performance is verified by the reults.
