| The14th Research Institute vigorously promotes the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading according to the Group’s overall strategic and its own development needs. By taking Nanjing’s strategic deployment and Gulou District unified planning as an opportunity for commercial development, the enterprise constructs Guorui Science Park Project (GCPP) with commercially developing the original factory area. This paper regards GCPP as the research object and investigates its feasibility.After a brief description to the background and significance of GCPP, the paper focuses on the research topic, reviews the related literature on domestic and foreign science park development, and gives a comprehensive introduction to GCPP. Then, by combining with the analysis of the Nanjing real estate market data, it discusses the urgency of market demand for similar projects. After analyzing GCPP’s natural conditions, the paper combines the relevant project management theory with the analytic method of both qualitative and quantitative, analyzes in detail the feasibility of this project from the aspects of investment mode, personnel structure, as long as economic, social and environmental benefits. The results show that, the project construction meets the relevant state policies with a clear target and scientific implementation scheme, and the project can make great benefit to both economy and society with obviously realistic feasibility. It also indicates that this paper is able to provide a positive and beneficial guidance to the specific implementation of the project. |
