Airborne weather radar is a kind of radar which is used to detecting meteorological information on airline. Airborne weather radar in the field of civil aviation aircraft are often used to bypass the dangerous weather alert. Solid-state transmitter is provided with many excellence (e.g. easy maintenance, long continuous working time, small cubage, light weight). It is the generation of airborne weather radar of key technologies.This paper discusses a new airborne solid-state transmitter structure design. From the perspective of a variety of design structure of the program the transmitter, the transmitter to meet the conditions of use and design requirements; using three-dimensional parametric design software design module, customize, detailed design of the transmitter structure; force components of the main mechanical finite element analysis, and modify the local structure shape, in order to improve performance, the main heating devices for thermal analysis; final experiment, verification and evaluation design.Designed to meet the performance requirements of the transmitter, for the new transmitter design on future provide a complete solution.
