With the acceleration of urbanization, the urban population is more and more, theland resource is more and more short, rare, building more and more to the high-risebuilding development; We must inevitably face the vertical bearing capacity ofreinforced concrete column at the bottom of high-rise building, fat beam fat columncaused by ordinary stirrup constraint concrete not only occupied valuable space, alsobe the key factor to the development of concrete structure. In order to solve theproblems than the concrete column volume too large, stirrup binding insufficient,stirrup spacing problems such as too small; Also in order to improve the verticalultimate bearing capacity of column and column ductility and energy dissipationcapacity, this paper puts forward the double stirrup reinforcement form constraintconcrete circular column components, further study on the double stirrup constraintconcrete column vertical bearing characteristic problem.The paper designed18column member, which made three single spiral stirrupsconstraint concrete circular column, a plain concrete column, through the concretecolumn under axial mechanical properties test, we will study the double stirrupconstraint concrete column vertical bearing characteristics, compares the differentinternal and external layer stirrup spacing, different concrete strength of specimensbearing capacity, deformation ability influence. Test results demonstrate: member inthe double stirrup constraints, can better improve the member in the axialcompression of the mechanical properties, but also increased the overall componentductility and energy dissipation capacity; At the same time, the single spiral stirrupsconstraint concrete is taken as the foundation, from the third to the stress of failurecriteria, this paper derived the double spiral stirrups constraint concrete circularcolumn vertical bearing capacity calculation formula, also analyzes the double stirrupcircular column with the characteristic value of hoop and strength increase coefficient,strength to improve the relationship between the value. And the formula calculationand experimental results contrast, the result is in good conformity, the formula alsocan predict the vertical bearing capacity of double stirrup constraint concrete circularcolumn member. For double stirrup constraint concrete circular columns, we buildfine finite element modeling and nonlinear finite element analysis to its axis compression mechanics performance by use of large finite element softwareABAQUS, Contrasting finite element analysis results and test results and it is a goodcoincidence that through the reasonable finite element modeling, it can better predictdouble stirrup constraint concrete circular columns axial compression performance,guiding double stirrup test.
