| With the rapid development of the urban economy, urban traffic congestion has become a common concern in the world today. Simply by macroeconomic measures, such as road construction and road network encryption can no longer meet the needs of today’s transport development. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of the urban road and relieve the traffic congestion problem, we must first reasonable regulation junctions and sections of the traffic flow, including the use of intelligent traffic management system, mainly signal control system on urban traffic management is very effective measures. In this paper, focuses on the dynamic optimization of traffic signal control technology in the intelligent traffic management system and its application in practice are discussed.First, the paper describes the need to build traffic simulation platform and use traffic simulation platform to evaluate the traffic signal control program and to provide a scientific basis for the implementation of traffic management measures.Second, this paper presents a classic hybrid optimization algorithm for the optimal control problem for the urban traffic signal. The algorithm uses a simple genetic algorithm to the optimization problem for global optimal search and designed based on a variation of the search space to strengthen local optimization algorithm to search for the optimal solution where local area to focus on, in order to achieve improved solution the quality of the object. Meanwhile, this paper improved calculation method of adaptive crossover and mutation probability in order to improve the shortcomings of slow search speed of the simple genetic algorithm. This method is effective through simulation example.Third, in most cities of the country roads intersection traffic often in a nearly saturated or supersaturated, In this paper, using the total delay in the control cycle (by the number of signal cycles)minimum number of queuing vehicles in order to optimize control objectives. The basic parameters of the green time of each phase is optimize the traffic signal control method. To use the Zhengyang Road and the Renmin Road of Baoshan intersection and a simulation study in mild, moderate and severe traffic demand to verify the effectiveness.Fourth, this paper based on the intersection signal control research and for the control problems of traffic arteries coordination to use the traffic volume of through the trunk system of the control cycle as optimize traffic signal control method, and established a dynamic optimal control model. Use the road network conposed by Baoxiu road of Baoshan city to verify case and simulate research, proving the usefulness of this approach.Fifth, compiled with C language we shall implement the algorithm program designed by this paper, and through the secondary development tools of GISDK embed into the applications of simulation software Transmodeler, so as to realize the functions of simulation software expansion; and applied into the traffic network of the core area of Baoshan city, simulations are conducted to verify the algorithm, whose results demonstrate the validity and feasibility of this algorithm. |
