With the accelerated development of the global economy and the industryeconomy, people’s requirements to energy rapidly increase. However, the fossil fuelsbecome more and more rare. Besides, the fossil fuels have a seirous destruction on theecological environment. The hybird clean energy power system will be the maintechnology on the useage of new energy in the future. It depends on the gridconnection with the solar photovoltaic cells, wind generator sets, batteries, and otherclean energy. And it can provide high qualiyt uninterruptible power to users.Firstly, this paper designs a hybrid clean energy power system with3kW basedon DC bus and module distributed power generation system. This paper designs theDC/DC controller based on the Boost circuit. The output voltage of each module isboosted over310V by the controller. It can improve the eiffciency of the solarphotovoltaic by MPPT. And all modules can communicate with RS-485. As well as,this paper designs sine wave inverter with3kW.In this paper, a novel varied step optimization algorithm is proposed, which canfast and exactly track the maximum power point. And this work describes a controlstrategy for active energy flow in the hybrid clean energy power system. They havebeen testified by MATLAB.Besides, this paper proposes a battery pack device with the monitoring andmanagement. The monitoirng module can detect each batter’ys working state in realtime, as well as, the microcontroller can control the state of the battery pack base onthe voltage of the battery pack and the DC bus.In this paper. DC/DC controller, rectifier, inverter and the charge/discharge of thebatteires can be testified on the3kW protoytpe. And the results show that the systemhas good reliability, practicality and efifciency.
