Energy conservation and environmental protection is a basic national policy of our country, which has been increasingly brought to the attention of the state, enterprises and individuals.To implement the laws and regulations such as<the environmental protection law of the People’s Republic of China>and<the law of the People’s Republic of China on the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution>,protect the environment and improve the environment quality, pollution prevention and control of atmospheric pollutants caused by thermal power plants, in the thermal power industry technology progress and sustainable development, To formulate 《Coal-fired power plant of air pollution emission standards》 GB13223-2011instead of GB13223-2003. Adjusted the atmospheric pollutants concentration limit, provisions of the existing thermal power boilers to achieve more stringent emission concentration limit time limit, add special atmospheric pollutants emission limits.New standard coal-fired boiler soot concentration of30mg/m3,Key areas carbon concentration limit of20mg/m3,the existing boiler sulfur dioxide emission concentration of200mg/m3, carbon concentration in the key areas is50mg/m3.The existing many kinds of coal-fired boiler dust emission concentration can barely reached50mg/m3.Facing the nation of atmospheric further strict quality control, constantly improve the enterprise environmental protection requirements,in the original dust collector can not meet the requirement of the emission concentration of cases, to filter the performance and reliability of the higher requirements are put forward,power plants and environmental protection company of dust catcher, developed a new type of high efficiency and energy saving according to the market demand of dust removal equipment.Coal-fired power plants in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region of the original electrostatic precipitator can not satisfy the requirement of the new standard emission concentration, so the coal-fired power plant to the dust collector.This article through to the performance comparison test conventional power supply for electrostatic precipitators soft power of two2x600MW air cooling unit of Inner Mongolia Jinglong power generation company,#l and#2electrostatic precipitator power is adjusted to two kinds of working conditions100%and50%,using ZhunGeEr Coal and blended coal,through unit2and unit1to test the performance parameters of the electric dust catcher, and have not converted to unit1and unit2electrostatic precipitators of electrostatic precipitator power supply after transforming carbon concentration, exhaust gas temperature, smoke, smoke temperature, dust removal efficiency, power consumption main performance indexes such as tested and calculated,The carbon concentration and dust removal efficiency, rate of auxiliary power have effectively controled,reduce power generation cost and improve the economic and social benefit. Reasonable selection dust collector for power plant energy conservation and emissions reduction,Meet the requirements of standard emission concentration,Good dust removal efficiency and Reduce stress on the wet desulphurization system have real long-term significance.
