Due to the special optical properties of surface plasmons resonance phenomenon of noble metal nanostructure, it becomes a hot topic which results in the fast development of the extensive applications in many research fields, such as biomarker, medical imaging, surface enhance Raman spectroscopy and plasmonics.In this work, we utilized the method of photocatalysis by combining dark-field microscope imaging technique to synthesize the metal nanoparticle compound with controlled positions in micro area. The optical characteristic of the products were investigated by surface enhance Raman spectrum research and dark field spectrascopy. Besides, this method was also applied to realize the enhancement of the up-conversion fluorescence of single up-conversion particle.The main works in this paper as the followings:1. The position-controlled metal nanoparticles compound synthesis was performed through photocata lysis method by using532nm,980nm wavelength lasers as exciting source. The synthesis process was monitored with dark-field microscopy system. We further used the products as enhancement basement of surface enhanced Raman spectrum to probe its optical feature.2. Micro-nano more granular system was synthesized by laser used to be a very special SERS substrate,and the following work mainly focused on which kinds of substrate has the best enhancement effect, the last part is explore the special spatial orientation of substrate enhanced Raman polarization dependence study.3. By using the photocata lysis method mentioned above to realize the enhancement of the up-conversion fluorescence of single up-conversion particle.4.
