Large modulus spline can withstand heavy loads, which is widely used intransmission systems, particularly mechanical, electrical, automotive, marine,aviation, aerospaceļ¼Œdefense and other heavy machinery industry, so largemodulus spline has an increasing demand, due to the large modulus splinesrequire to be able to withstand heavy loads, the spline surface must be highquality. Conventional spline processing methods are mainly cutting, but thisprocessing method bring down the spline surface quality and processingefficiency and cut out the metal fiber breakage. In recent years, because of morehigher Forming accuracy of cold bulk metal forming. researchers pay more andmore attention to this forming technology, for large spline modulus processing,the deep alveolar molding requires higher energy processing, cold rolling andcold rub machining requires relatively large motor power and rack rigidity toform large modulus spline, which is also serious to the machine stiffness andmaterials. The spline cold knocked machine solves this problem, which relys onthe theory of spline cold roll rotational torque, it has high energy conversionefficiency.
