Establish And Research Bimetallic Composite Sheet Roller Straightening Computing Model

Double metal composite plates are higher economic and practical plates,and the straightening is an important process in producing double metalcomposite plates, which determines the quality of plate shape directly. Theexisting roller straightening theory is based on continuous repeated bendingdeformation of single material, which affects the double metal composite platequality of straightening and the safe use of equipment, so it can not be applied tothe double metal composite plate directly. Therefore, it is very urgent to developdouble metal composite plate roller straightening model.According to double metal bending deformation characteristics, someassumptions and simplifying conditions are made. Bending Layered Algorithmcan be used in different calculation strain methods and material models fordifferent layers of metal deformation, and it is adapted to solve the straighteningproblem of composite panels. In this paper, the double metal composite plateroller straightening model which using Matlab software and combiningcurvature deformation of straightening theory, analytical formulas betweenstress and strain, and several simplified model, is constructed firstly. At thesame time, the relationship between bending and straightening force orstraightening torque is studied in the double metal composite plate rollerstraightening process using a Bending Layered Straightening Numerical andcombined of experimental verification.The results show that Bending Layered Straightening Numerical model isan effective method for double metal composite plate straightening process, andthe Bending Layered Algorithm results are well consistent with the experimentaldata. Double metal composite plate bending strain neutral layer and intermediatelayer produce deviation, different bending degrees and materials proportionslead to different neutral layer. At the same bending unit,due to the differentmaterial mechanical properties,the proportion of each component plasticmaterial layers is different. The double metal composite plate rollerstraightening model can objectively display the neutral layer offset, straightening moment distribution and average torque size.
