Flexible ligands exhibit more advantages in the synthesis process of coordination polymers for its changeful space configuration and rich coordination modes. A series of coordination polymers with novel structures and unique characters have been synthesized. They attract many chemists domestic and abroad for their huge potential application in gas storage, photoelectricity, magnetism, catalysis and separation. With the further development of coordination chemistry, crystal engineering has been enriched. It can guide the synthesis of coordination polymers and complete leap from self-assemble to directional synthesis. The content of this paper contains constructing coordination polymers with flexible double-imidazole ligand and rigid auxiliary ligands, and makes a deep research of crystal structures and properties. Full text is divided into four parts:In Chapter1, this paper briefly introduces the basic concepts and developments of coordination chemistry, coordination polymers, crystal engineering. It also illuminates the synthesis method and the classification of coordination polymer, influence factors in the process of synthesis. Moreover, it shows the research progress and application status of polymers with imidazole ligand, and summarizes the topic purpose and meaning.In Chapter2, five novel coordination polymers based on1,3-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-l-yl)propane, rigid carboxylic acids ligands and transtion metal ions Zn(II), Co(II), Cd(II) have been synthesized successfully,[Cd1.5(bmip)(tpa)1.5·(DMF)1.5]n (1),[Co1.5(bmip)0.5(bpdc)1.5·(DMF)2]n (2),{[Co3(bmip)(btc)2DMF]·H20}n (3),{[Co3(bmip)(5-BrIPA)-H20-DMF]·H20}n (4),[Zn(bmip)(5-NIPA)]n (5),(bmip=1,3-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-l-yl)propane, tpa=p-phthalic acid, bpdc=4,4’-biphenyldicarboxylicacid, btc=1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid,5-BrIPA=5-bromoisophthalic acid,5-NIPA=5-nitroisophthalic acid), The target coordination polymers have been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, X-ray powder diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra, fluorescence spectrometry, and thermogravimetric analysis, which are expected to find potential application value.In Chapter3, five novel coordination polymers based on1,4-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-l-yl)butane, rigid carboxylic acids ligands and transtion metal ions Co(II)、Cu(II)、Cd(II) have been synthesized successfully,[Co(BIB)(4,4’-SDC)]n(6),[Cu(BIB)(4,4’-SDC)-4H2O]n(7),[Co(BIB)(CDA)] n (8), Cu2(BIB)(5-MIPA)2]n (9),[Cd(BIB)(5-BrIPA)]n(10)(BIB=1,4-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-l-yl)butane,4,4’-SDC=4,4’-stilbenedicarboxylic acid, CDA=1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylic acid,5-MIPA=5-methylisophthalic)The last part is the conclusion...
