Wells of Dongsheng gas field have a large number of free water, and there are ups and downs along the terrain of the gathering and transportation pipelines; So these lead to the occurrence of the phenomenon of pipeline effusion easily. In addition, The wellhead pressure is high and in winter the temperature in the region is low, however, wellbore and surface pipelines can easily generate the gas hydrate. Therefore, Conducting Dongsheng gas field gathering pipeline effusion law and hydrate prevention technology, mastering gathering pipeline effusion law and formulating hydrate prevention programs have an important practical significance for the safe and efficient transport in Dongsheng gas field gathering and transportation system.This paper analyzes the flow characteristics of the natural gas gathering pipeline and the mechanism of the gas-liquid two-phase flow of holding liquid, and the factors of flow, liquid viscosity, pipe diameter, pipe inclination how to impact flow pattern and the liquid holdup with Fluent software and Pipephase software. It determines the flow pattern discriminant, calculation of liquid holdup correlations, pressure drop correlations, temperature drop correlations and properties calculation correlations of Dongsheng gas field gathering pipeline, and the production data evaluates the combination of model and proves its feasibility. Moreover, it completed the gathering and transportation pipelines calculation with the MathCAD software, and put forward the effusions control programs for Dongsheng gas field gathering pipeline.This paper analyzes the gas composition, pressure, electrolyte content how to impact the gas hydrate formation, and researches hydrate formation law of Dongsheng gas field. It calculated the reasonable injection amount of methanol inhibitors through the calculation methods of saturated water content of natural gas. Additionally, it calculated the specific process parameters for prevention hydrate in down-hole choke by using Pipesim software, and evaluated the economics of down-hole throttling process, and researched the down-hole choking how to impact gathering pipeline effusion. The results show that the down-hole throttling technology not only can effectively inhibit the formation of hydrate, reduce the amount of methanol, can prevent the gathering and transportation pipelines effusion.
