In recent years, the proportion of low permeability reserves founded in newly discovered reserves is larger and larger. Low permeability reserves have become the most important foundation of energy to increase energy’s production of our country. However, low permeability reservoir is difficult to produce. For the poor reservoir property, complex structure, poor fluid capacity and low well yield. Low permeability oil reserves is a valuable non-renewable resources and we should find a new theoretical approach to improve and enhance the effect of low-permeability oil field development in the production practice and scientific research.The intermittent mining is an method, which is when formation couldn’t provide enough fluid,the efficiency of the pump is poor,closing well to recover dynamic liquid level,then after dynamic liquid level rised,opening the well to produce.It can effectively avoid the phenomenon of "dry pumping" and improve the efficiency of the pump, reduce the mechanical wear and save energy, ultimately achieve the target of energy conservation. Intermittent mining provides a theoretical support for the oilfield practical application has its practical significance.In this paper, taking the white153well area which is ultra-low permeability in Huaqing region as the research object. By the integrated use of the means and methods of geology, fluid mechanics in porous medium, reservoir engineering, production engineering, and other multi-disciplinary cross-linking, define the reasonable working system in the low permeability reservoirs.(1)By analyzing the reservoir, fluid flow, production performance as well as the well test interpretation analyzing of the white153well area in China Qing oil field, getting a full understanding of the reservoir and production characteristics of the region.(2)A IPR equation of three phase flow in low permeability oil reservoir is presented considered the influence of stress sensitivity to oil flow in low permeability oil reservoir. This paper study the reasonable time period for building up the dynamic liquid level, by get a relationship between dynamic liquid level and inflow capacity from inflow performance curve.(3) Providing the basis of designing a logical working system according to the relationship between submergence depth and pump efficiency and some major influence factors of the pump efficiency in intermittent production.Making use of the principle of conservation of matter and the relationship between submergence depth and pump efficiency to get a relationship between dynamic liquid level and output, after this work, this paper research on the reasonable time period for producing.(4) On the basis of the relationship between formation deliverability and pump suction capacity, combined with the relationship of low permeability between inflow and outflow and dynamic liquid level, making sure a reasonable work system of the intermittent in the production well.
