| From1949to this day,the scale of open-pit mine keeps developing.Differes from shallow mining in the past,it is gradually formed sunken or deep sunken mines nowadays. For the usual large deep sunken mine,stripping volume will be reduced3.43~3.91%while the side-slope angle increases1°from30°~60°.In the other hand,too large side-slope angle will bring a lot unstable problems, such as side-slope shape change,side-slope damage,even will do harm to the safety of the appliance and workers.Therefore,it is very important to design the open side-slope angle and assess the stability of side-slope. It is going to formed a400meters high side-slope with great pit and big dropof after the mining of the first phase project of Muding anyi ilmenite mine.Furthermore,there are complex geological conditions,the lithologic diversity and strong tectonic activity,it is clearly that the problem of side-slope stability will be more prominent with the mining of the project. Considering the geological conditions of this area,this article studies and analyzes systematically on the high side-slope by using regional data collection,field investigation,in-situ testing,geotechnical testing,2D calculation,3D simulation etc,summarize that rock mass deformation mode are uploading rebound and creep,and the destruction mode of the slope are silding,toppling and falling.It is safety to set side-slope angle34°and step slope angle41°,using the original designed angle to do2D calculation and3D simulation,we could draw a conclusion that each side-slope of Anyi mine is stable(Ks>1.3) neither under normal, earthquake nor strom conditions, meet the requirements of the norm. But the shear strain of the horizontal displacement at the bottom is obvious, in order to keep slope engineering safety, suggest to take routine engineering measures. |
