Aimed at the drilling difficulties in the wuxia fault zone of the Junggar basin, some technical means have been studied,such as analyzing the formation pressure,designing the drilling fluid,evaluating the mechanical properties of the rock,researching the bit selection,applying the auxiliary tools and underbalanced drilling technology to improve the drilling speed.Based on the anlysis built on the present suituation of drilling technology used in the WuXia fault zone,this dissertation has solved the technological difficulties,which had been found in the area.Analysis and optimization design of formation pressure mudbased on the acoustic logging data,drilling evaluation of formation pressure and drilling,tries to analyze the oil pressure is compared by using GMI stress modeling software.Bit selection method of stratigraphic features of rock mechanics and rock drill bit selection on the compressive strengthand the rock meter logging,logging data to establish section of rock mechanics parameters,optimizing the Wuxia area drill.Auxiliary tools for speed compressor,screw+PDC and hydraulicpulse joint and application of underbalance drilling technology,drilling pressure dynamicsdeviation control technology for evaluation of theoretical analysis and field application effect ofimproving Wuxia fault belt in northwestern margin of Junggar basin,drilling speed on the water,with exploration efficiency to accelerate the formation of wuxia fault,relevant supporting technology fordeep exploration well in the area.
