Printing machine was originated in China,but Chinese printing machine control systems with high-performance development system has been left behind in a hundred years after the Industrial Revolution.Compared to foreign printing machine technology control system,Chinese equipments are weaker in the balance of ink and water,ink control durability,stability,automation and digitization.Currently the majority of the printing machine make the PLC made by Mitsubishi as the control ceter,and the most popular Mitsubishi PLC is the PLC based the CC-Link bus.It can complete system monitoring function with input/output equipments. China has the world’s largest and fastest growing press market. Facing the demand of the market, most of the domestic printing companies have chosen to buy expensive imported equipment,which led to technological backwardness,the increase of the cost and the poor performances. With the development of information technology, the printing industry is facing new challenges such as short version printing, on-demand printing and printing machine intelligent, network.Aiming at the demand of so many IOs,this paper divides the system into the gateway adapter module and input/output modules (I/O). The Ethernet of the gateway adapter configues and monitors the input/output modules. Finally it realizes that the PLC can monitor the input/output modules on the spot.And it can monitor more input/output modules and make it easier to maintain and extend. Given the trade-off between the performance and cost, this paper designs different hardware compatibility solutions,and the Ethernet circuit provides a hardware foundation for the remote system upgrade.This paper introduces the hardware and software of the slave CC-Link circuit linked to Mitsubishi Q series PLC, the hardware and software of the Ethernet circuit which is used to configure and monitor the gateway adapter and input/output modules,the hardware and software of the adapter and the input/output modules as Modbus master station and slave station. In order to shorten the development cycle and ensure the reliability of the system,,this paper ports μC/OS-Ⅲ real-time operating system in the gateway adapter.Finally this paper tests every function module of the system and the whole system to verify the correctness and feasibility of the design.
