| Biodiesel is a kind of green fuel, and because its renewable and environmental protectional, it is very popular all around the world. With the development of the biodiesel production, improving the refining degree automation system is also important, and the brilliant quality and the great efficiency of biodiesel has already attracted the worldwide attention. This paper is about biodiesel refining system upgrading.At the begin of the paper I will describe the process of biodiesel production and put forward the overall design scheme of monitor control system according the functional requirement of the actual project.Then I will use the WinCC configuration software to complete the design of the process, describe the process of the control module in detail, and expound the design method use the esterification process for example.On the basis of the ADO technology, by using the VBScript script programming to make access to the database,the ActiveX control and the export functionality of Excel provided by WinCC, we can finish the design of data management system based on the biological diesel.Finally,based on the temperature of the reactor, we can take the response curve method to establish a mathematical model of the process. Based on the mathematical model we can get a precise system control scheme with accurate performance which called BP neural network or fuzzy PID control algorithm. Theoretical and emulational results show that the control strategy has a lot advantages,such as effective,easy to get and accurate.Also,we can choose the industrial Ethernet communication mode considering the actual needs to realize the data communication function of computer monitoring system and PLC... |
