The development of the low permeability gas reservoir has become one of the important factors that control the continued rapid, stable development of China’s oil and gas industry.Generally speaking, the low permeability gas reservoir has a lot of characteristics,such as large reserves, low abundance, poor reservoir property and it is difficult to develop. The formation of Zizhou Gas field in our study is characterized by poor reservoir property, strong heterogeneity, low gas well production capacity, and regional water production, it is typically belongs to typical lithologic trap of low permeability gas. Due to less shut-in data, and pressure measuring cost is high in Zizhou Gas field, it is difficult to evaluate the formation pressure, to use conventional methods to evaluate movable reserves exist in natural gas formation pressure test point less, difficult to evaluate well’s productivity.To solve the production problem of gas field in this paper,we have used the pressure drop curve method, and the automatic search method to predicte the formation pressure.and to selected the best method,we used the results to evaluate the plane stress distribution of pressure at different stages of the Zizhou Gas Field.and we have used three kinds of methods such as wellhead pressure correction well test to evaluate163wells’ production capacity; and Used five methods to calculate163wells’ dynamic reserves, such as rate transient method; Then we used the results of well’s dynamic reserves and capacity to study the stable yield ability of different types of gas Wells.The results show that less data for pressure low permeability gas reservoir, automatic search method to calculate formation pressure calculation method of the method is superior to the other; the production dynamic fitting method which use production data is accurate evaluation of the gas reservoir production performance:and the rate transient method which use production dynamic data is more suitable for low permeability gas reservoir dynamic reserves evaluation.Through the research we have done, we have obtained a clear understanding about the formation pressure, well productivity, dynamic reserves and development countermeasures. This research provided a reliable theory basis for the future programme development for Zizhou Gas Field, and provided a reference development program for similar gas reservoir.
