According to the characters of super-hydrophobic and super-oleophilic of super-hydrophobic films, and the efficacy of spiral flow for platelet aggregation in oil and water, a suit of super-hydrophobic films oil/water separation device has been made, moreover, the performance of the device has been evaluated so that the super-hydroph obic films can be applied to the filed of oil/water separation and the huge sewage dis posal system on the offshore platform can be smaller.(1)Super-hydrophobic and super-oleophilic films was prepared with the dip-coating approach; The effects of the different soaking time.the different soaking temperature and the different weight ratio of H-SiO2to PS on the separation effect was also studied.The super-hydrophobic films was successfully used in separating emulsion and the separation efficiency was higher than70%.(2)Performance of the super-hydrophobic films was studied in some aspects, such as the pencil hardness, the adhesive force of the mesh films and corrosion resistance. It was shown that the super-hydrophobic films have the characters of high hardness, strong adhesive force and better corrosion resistance. A suit of super-hydrophobic films bearing pressure device was designed and the result of the experiment showed that water could permeate the super-hydrophobic films when the height of the water in the device reached31cm; besides, the height of the emulsion of different concentration in the device was more than28cm. When the emulsion was poured into the device and stirring slowly, the separation efficiency was higher than70%.(3)Combining the principle of cyclone separation and the property of super-hydrophobic films, a suit of oil/water separation device was designed and the article simulated the internal flow field of hydrocyclone. It was showed that zonal oil gathered on the inner side of the device; the result was consistent with the expected result, meanwhile the structure of the device was reasonable. The effect was remarkable when the inlet velocity of the same oil and water mixture was below lOm/s.(4)According to the flow field simulation results of the oil/water separation device, a suit of oil/water separation device was made to investigate the separation ability of the prepared mesh films and the separation efficiency was higher than70%; the good performance of super-hydrophobic films and the reasonable structure of the device were also proved. This thesis compared the prepared device and the main device of the sewage treatment system of36-1CEPK oil field when they had the same oil removal efficiency and discovered that the prepared device was obvious small, light and small floor coverage.
