The test apply electronic tensile test combined with the hardness test, OM, SEM, quantitative metallography modern analytical techniques for expandable tubular low-carbon micro-alloyed steel16MnMoVA to test3%of the pre-deformation Bauschinger effect and analyze organizations-structure,which is quenched at740,780,820,860℃different threshold area, and, is tempered at low-temperature180℃, medium-temperature440℃,high-temperature520℃.the results show that:1, The test apply740,780,820,860,910℃subthermal quenching in low-carbon microalloying steel of16MnMoVA,abtained different proportions of ferrite martensite duplex structure (a small part of the retained austenite), After quantitative metallography analysis, martensite contents were:25.24%,37.02%,42.78%,72.64%.2, Analyze16MnMoVA steel’s organization,which after the heat treatment that740,780,820,860℃subcritical temperature quenching and low-temperature, medium-temperature, high-temperature tempering, the results show that low-temperature tempering organizations is tempered martensite and ferrite, medium-temperature tempering organization is fine pearlite and ferrite, which is martensite after medium-tempering product into,while,a product of high-temperature tempering is fine pearlite and ferrite;3, After3%of the pre-deformation,Bauschinger effect measurement results prove that due to the organization of retained austenite into martensite during tempering,low-temperature tempering steel after different Subcritical quenching come to the anti-Bauschingerthe effects, while, the pearlite and ferrite organization after tempering at high temperatures,the Bauschinger effect value in the smallest overall, followed by tempering in the temperature;4, Combine organization in different heat treatment system generate, from two aspects of the second class of stress to analyze generate mechanism of the bauschinger effect, come to effect of different organizations and relative proportion to the bauschinger effect5, we can find the most suitable heat treatment,which the16MnMoVA is used expandable tubular steel working conditions.Summarize bauschinger effect s hazards and elimination methods, provided research methods for16MnMoVA steel Bauschinger effect.
