Cementing the second interface cementation affect the quality of oil and gas wells long-term sealing integrity of the key factors is to prevent oil and gas water channeling channel formed an effective way to ensure the long-term post-oil and gas wells on safe mining. Improving cementing the second interface bond quality technology research lies in how to improve the bond quality of the cement sheath and formation of the borehole wall, curable liquid to achieve the overall cementation of the cake with the formation and cement, thus improving the cementing second interfacial bond quality. However, the commonly used, second interface bond quality evaluation method did not achieve good results can not be accurately test the bond quality between the annulus grout and the borehole wall, for the curable liquid second interface bond quality evaluation and analysis has important significance.Starting from the second cementing interface bond strength factor, through a large number of experimental studies, using polysulfonate drilling fluid as the basis for evaluation, selected second cementing interface cementation quality of curable liquid system, the curing agent dosage is80%, the optimum amount of retarder GYW-701for2.5-3.0%, GYW-601dosage of activation agent in the10-11%. The experimental results show that, the curable liquid with engineering better performance can be used in cementing operation. This paper presents the main evaluation methods for shear strength of law, second interface cementing quality evaluation of acoustic method for auxiliary method. The method mainly from the aspects of curing time, temperature, the thickness of mud cake, slag and weight were examined in second interface cementation quality influence factors and rules of their development, the effect of temperature and curing liquid density of the second interface head wave amplitude and velocity analysis and acoustic method. To quantitatively test bonding strength of second cementing interfaces using shear strength method, using the acoustic testing method can be more intuitive and the experiment module for nondestructive continuous measurement. By examining the factors of second cementing interfaces, verification of the test method can really cemented structure simulation of cementing a more realistic second interface, provides reference information for oil and gas well long-term seal integrity.
